1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s currently the one in-charge for the research and development for the battery and charger design in XXXX. Most of his experiences are combination of development, reliability, project management, and testing such as failure analysis. Previously, he was an Electronics Engineer for power supplies and they do all types of power supply from low power charges into the power supply solutions for industrial devices; from mobile chargers to heavy duty chargers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his PCB design and PCB manufacturing. He’s also good with laboratory testing from reliability and doing the failure analysis up to the full assembly process for chip components. He can also be hands on with making/developing the whole product. Rates himself a 4.8 out of 5 when it comes to electronics engineering in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has overall experience of 17+ years and has been doing electronics engineering since then. He is good with FPGAs and PCBAs, has worked on lots of it. He is also hands on with testing and doing technical data analysis/reports himself. Proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets; also knows how to do PCB soldering and rework although not doing recently since he’s more on the management side now. Familiar with both digital/analog circuit and also good with RLC laws in actual application.
