1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working in the semiconductor industry for more than 20 years now and started off as an Equipment/Automation Engineer with XXXX where he has worked with the test factory and responsible for advanced packing/AOI equipment. He is now working with XXXX as a Hardware and Equipment Engineer where has been working on packing machine and AOI machine as well. He is also working on semiconductor test equipment and also equipment maintenance for cost-saving and new equipment evaluation. He is also responsible for their factory automation, system maintenance and development such as ACS system. As an NPI manager, he is also responsible for new product introduction.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his major skill with testers/testing equipment. He is very knowledgeable of all semiconductor test equipment and can help find/select solution for the new product. He is also good with automation and is very experienced with Linux system as well as Perl, Shell, and Visual Basic; he can be efficient in developing useful tools for data and analyzation.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has been in the electronics/semiconductor industry for about 20 years now. Strongest with test equipment and technical data analysis. Hasn’t worked with FPGAs, PCB design, but he can read schematics very well. He has the basic knowledge of both digital/analog circuit as well. He has experience working closely and cooperating with R&D department.
