1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working in the industry for more than 20 years now and most of the time focused on game development, game production, product management, and such. He has worked on over 10 standalone game projects including console games, mobile games, online games in different genre such as MMRPG, casual games, and such. Apart from that, he has two entrepreneurship experiences where he worked with his partners and produce/published his own games as well. For the past five years, he has been working on branding and licensing of different Chinese game studios and games, and is currently overseeing multiple projects at the same time around Mainland China. Before involving himself with the branding and licensing, he has been solely focused in game production and publishing with different game publisher, producer, and developer companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, etc.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be game production management since he has been doing this for more than 10-15 years now. Apart from that, he has been involved in different game projects such as MMRPG, casual, crossover with mobile games, and SLGs as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been within the gaming industry for more than 25 years now; started off with a programmer then gradually moving up to project/product management, and recently into game branding and licensing as well. On top of that, more than 10 years of it was spent already in leadership roles and the biggest team size he has handled so far was about 50-60 people in one game project. He has great grasp of research, analytics, and product management itself since he has worked with lots of zero to 1 project where he was involved deeply with the research, analytics of trending, and up to publishing of those games. He has great knowledge and expertise of the gaming industry and is good with game lifecycle management as well.
