1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been in the gaming industry for over 15 years and has worked only for one company since then which is XXXX. She started with them as a QA and after a couple of years, she transferred to product management role where she started to be involved with game challenges and badges design, and delivery of game content as well. For the past 5 years, she has been a Sr. Game Product Manager and currently a Lead Game Product Manager for them where she worked mainly on casual games, as well as card matching game, word games, some casino-type games, and related genres. As a Lead Game PM, she is responsible for accounting financial target, making new game contents, and also game strategy; apart from that, she is involved with web page creation, feature document review, pricing, and also game and data analysis. Around 70% of her role revolves around product management and 30% within data analysis for different games; she works very closely with different departments such as design/art, UX, producers, and senior leadership teams as well for reporting.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her knowledge within the casual games market since she has been in this area since she started her career. Apart from that, she has great expertise in making sure games are being launched, monetized, and within their financial target. Lastly, she also considers data analysis as one of her strengths since she has been involved in this from education up to professional experiences; she doesn’t have problem coding in Python if needed.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 15 years of experience within the gaming industry and has been involved within data analysis, product management, and some game research and strategy as well. Currently, she is mainly responsible for leading/managing projects only instead of people but she is more than willing to take up on leadership roles within the same industry if given the chance. She has deep experience within the gaming space and is familiar with the lifecycle management and market as well.
