1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the AI engineering space for more than 7 years, mostly developing AI models for gaming applications and business solutions as well. His last role was with XXXX as an RL Engineer, he was functioning there as more of like a senior where he was designing and implementing RL algorithms for AI-driven features and mechanics, also developed AI models previously to detect and mitigate unusual behaviors in online games; although he would say he's not the strongest with that but he can still manage. He also has leveraged deep learning techniques and has worked closely with cross-functional teams for content creation. He started off as an AI Engineer with XXXX and left them as a Senior AI Engineer where he again has worked on large-scale multiplayer environments; initially he was within the business solutions department where he worked with AI-driven predictive analytics models for sales forecasting and AI chatbots for e-commerce businesses. Then he made his way to the gaming industry afterwards.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be RL for Game AI as well as Deep Learning. He would consider these as his strongest as he believes not many candidates or individuals are specialized in this; he is good with developing AI models, agents, strong with deep learning, machine learning, and Gameplay AI as well since he has been involved with them for more than 7 years of his career now. He also makes himself updated always with the trends and latest AI advancements so he can use for game design and development.
