1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a seasoned Lead User Researcher at XXXX with over seven years of experience in the gaming industry. His expertise lies in player behavior analysis, usability research, and engagement optimization, particularly in gaming environments. On a daily basis on this role, he ensures that player experiences are optimized through series of analysis and data-driven insights; he also conducts qualitative and quantitative studies, craft experiments and surveys for game usability and retention improvement, and works closely with game designers and developers to refine gameplay mechanics. Before this, he was a Senior User Researcher for XXXX where he led UX research initiatives across multiple projects. He started his career with XXXX as a User Research Analyst where he contributed to retention strategies for mobile titles.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be user research and behavioral analysis using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in generating insights for better player experience. On top of that, he is excellent with designing research frameworks, developing engagement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. He has worked mostly with RPG and FPP type of games previously but is open to any game genre available in the market.
