- He was a Translator and alone IT Support in his recent company which is XXX. His duty in his recent company was translating all the word document from Mandarin to English and He was also supporting all the Technical Issues in their company since it is not too big and that is also the reason why he leave the company.
- He is strong in Troubleshooting hardware and Software he even rates himself 4 out 5 one of his complex issues that he encountered was, when their end-users didn’t know the IT Process, he needs to explain everything in a simplest way so that his end-user can understand it since he is the only IT guy in the company he supported all of them.
- In XXX he was the Technical Support their serving Level 1 issues like hardware troubleshooting, Software installation and so on. He worked their for only 7 months because the company decided to cost-cut and he was one of the employee who got lay-off.
