- He is currently working in XXX as Senior Procurement Manager. He is fully in charge of the life cycle of procurement management for headquarters, business units of China and overseas in categories of services/engineering/construction/IT infrastructures/facilities focusing on sourcing, cost and contract administration, budgeting, project management, procurement manual, and procedure development, and compliance.
- OMS is part of the procurement life cycle and part of his day-to-day job. So, he has extensive exposure to this system as an end-user. But he doesn’t have any back-end support experience for OMS. They are using Oracle ERP to process all the requests from resources, and budget to procure.
- In his current company he needs to align procurement strategies with the company goals and operations and maximize the procurement value chains within the organization while keeping high standards of compliance and risk controls.
