- He was the IT Consultant in XXX for over 2 years. He mostly support Tier 1 and 2 and the Tier 3 was supported by their global IT team. He mostly resolving the desktop issues like network and connectivity problem, meeting support and he also doing group policy and helping them to find the root cause and resolve it, sometimes he is fixing routers or give them access to a certain site that they need to access.
- He had a project in XXX, which is XXX projects he leads 40 people to cover a lot of sites and they are supporting the platform that XXX has. He also conducting training jobs to tell some guys what the best practice on the platform is.
- He was support on-site user and IT engineers, he was contacted by the IT managers and IT director to make sure the service level is in good condition. If they have new policies, he needs to conduct a training for the IT Users.
He helps to manage the Active Directory servers; he is strong in communication since he needs to gather information to resolve a certain issue. And his ability to learn quickly is one of his advantages also since he can learn new systems or application, he can do a training to help his colleague to master their brand new applications.
