  1.  He is currently working in one of the Big 4 accounting company in the world which is XXX. He is the ESG Advisory Manager in XXX for almost 3 years now and his main duty is to provide all kinds of ESG Sustainability Solutions to corporate and financial institution who wants to improve their ESG ratings and sustainability performance. His daily duties is communicating with the clients especially in the topic of ESG Sustainability and ESG ratings and also to help them developing their ESG report in compliance to Hong Kong Exchange and aside from that they also do a lot of research in different industry factors to provide their own insights and solutions to their clients.
  2. He is the Project Engineer in XXX. For almost 5 years. His main duty there was do the product research, industry analysis and provide strategies and better insights to their board of directors so that they know better in the China market.
  3. He is good in ESG Reporting and ESG Ratings he even rates himself 5 out 5 on it. For him to have an effective ESG Report, first you need to know the background of your clients because they have a lot of different clients and they approach it in a different way based on the company details and performance. Like they have a left behind company, so they start from building frameworks or whole corporate governance and internal controls for them to start in preparing for ESG report and for some advance company you need to study their performance and give insights to improve their Sustainability performance.
