- He’s currently working as Network Engineer in XXX for almost a year now. His main duty is to monitor and manage hardware and LAN devices, he resolves their end-user issues using ServiceNow as their ticketing system.
- In his Helpdesk experience he is the first level support and he usually resolves issue regarding Outlook problems such as their users cannot receive or send messages in their email and installation of Windows to the new users and managing accounts in AD, he also use it for password resetting and creating credentials of their end-users.
- He is strong in Communication and Technical Skills, he even rates himself 4 out 5 because for him good communication skill is the best thing you need to have so that you can resolve the issue well, and with his Technical background, he can easily understand and resolve the end-user’s technical problem, and he educates their end-users using not so technical terms, so that their end-user can understand it well.
