1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He currently has almost 5 years of experience working in the IT industry. Most of his years he worked in their company’s internal systems and has some background in the Finance, Ecommerce, and retail etc. He is familiar with the ERP system like SAP and some innovations from Microsoft and knows the transportation and warehouse system. He is currently working in DW which is a British company and doing retail business to the end customers and his responsibility is to manage their ERP systems and currently using the Microsoft. He is also responsible with anything related to ERP, interface, business, and do research as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has a good skill in project management and since it is also responsible in dealing with the database, he also knows how to use SQL and good in handling with the data. He rates his skills in project management 3.5 out of 5 and with 3 years of experience doing it. He can also do data analysis since these two are also related and he is good in delivering a project. He has some background knowledge when it comes to EDI systems and use this in his previous job.
