Have more than 20 years in telecommunications industry. Currently working in Nokia and has rich experiences on pre-sale/post sales/consultant engineer and solution architect, good at communication, customer facing, requirements analytics, solution delivery, and network design.

  1. What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?

Has a very good understanding on web-scale, education, bank, government, ISP, and enterprise business, well known on their requirement and network architect. He is also very familiar with IP, MPLS, SR, Cloud, SDN. Familiar with XXXXX devices and technologies. He also has a rich experience on team management, have taken CTO role at XXXXX network, team lead at XXXX, director at Suning, and CTO of XXXXX.

  1. When he worked for XXXXX, he worked as IT Consultant and helps with the network optimization for the customers. He also takes lead, and he is responsible for POL marketing development, find POL opportunity, and plan POL services products and process. He also communicates with customer CTO/CIO for requirements, to understand customer’s business development mode, analysis customer requirements and provide professional consulting services on technology, infrastructure, organization, process, and IT management.
  2. When he was with XXXXX he stayed with the company for 6 years and worked as Network Engineer and Team Leader of the Technical Lead team and he takes responsibility of people management of RFC (Request for Change) team, 20+ guys directly reports to him and he also takes lead as Project Manager on some project, planning people resource, schedule project timeline, and control cost, set up project implementation process, follow progress, etc.
