She has 20 years of experience in Sales and worked for 4 companies and her first job was for a French lighting company for 11 years and worked as the GM's Assistant and she helped with the business procedures like hiring the employees look for warehouse and then worked as a Sales Mentor and she also worked in a subsidiary in the South Chinese province, and they have established a small Sales team there.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Her strongest skills are in Sales and communication skills are good both internally and externally and she can cross-function as well.
- At the end of the few years, she also worked as Deputy General Manager since she in charge of the budget and other administration company. They also do export and is also work with clients in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, after her first year she took a year gap. Then she worked for an equipment company and then they market European brands, and their clients are the high-end Hotels and Real Estate owners like Wanda, Greenland etc. They also work with many key account managers, and she was also in charge of a Sales team with 6-7 Sales Manager and 3-4 Sales Assistant.
- She also speaks French since they work with French brands and does product training, and she learns the product and she then switched companies for a German brand company, and they have 1500 in China and 300 people work in the Office. They do retail and non-retail work, and they also did TV Shopping, she started everything from scratch, and she did TV Marketing, she also selected the assortment and build up the distributor network and did the cross-mark R&D purchasing. She also built the food service channel from scratch, e.g., Horeca, Suning, Sam's Club, Costco and other important B2B partners.
5. She is now working with Illy since she is into coffee and baking, the baking industry has been growing in China. They have eCommerce and modern trades, and she does B2B and all they do all the direct sales, and she is in charge of that, and she is handling 3 people in charge of B2B. |
