He has over 15 years of experience within banking sector. He does get some background in 2006 to 2010, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at XXXX in propensity. He would like to describe his work experience. His first work was at XXXX like XXXX as a branch manager for about 8 years where his responsibilities were monitoring and reviewing credit assessment, evaluation, disbursement, and repayment to ensure compliance. He was responsible for credit quality at the branch, promoting and advertising products and services to all customers, monitoring loan disbursement and collection, reviewing regular credit reports, and analyzing and evaluating the balance of PAR and credit quality. After that, he moved to XXXX in Cambodia where he mainly focused on monitoring and handling deposits and loans from the sales team. Then, he moved to XXXX as a sales manager, handling sales, fund transfer, cash collection, mobile top-up, and bill payment. Then currently he worked and moved to SBI Lyhour Bank as a sales manager for about 3 years, handling Deposit Plus, Unsecured Loan, and Referral Program. He also led and managed planning, sales team, and activities to achieve branch goals, transaction volume, and 50% potential agents at least, as well as sales management.
