Currently, he works as a Business Development Manager for Retail at Cambodia's largest microfinance institution, acquiring new partners and projects. Previously, he designed loan processes and onboarding systems for low-income customers at Phillip Bank, training their sales and credit teams. As a National Sales Director at XXXX, he managed the E KYC system using AI and ML.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

His strongest skills are sales and communication. He excels at presentations, even in front of top company leaders. He can effectively convince them of the value proposition, especially for complex products like E KYC. He demonstrates strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams, external resources, and technical staff. He also has a network of contacts in the banking and microfinance sectors.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
