   With over 20 years of experience in commercial banking and fintech, he began his career as a teller at a local bank in 2005. He then joined a major international bank, where he honed his banking skills in brand development, workflow processes, policy documentation, and system issue resolution. After five years, he transitioned to a local bank to spearhead the implementation of digital banking. During his tenure, he established a second operations team for documenting bank policies and procedures, and led business development for ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, and the call center. He also represented his bank in a successful partnership with the Fullerton Financial Group in Singapore and played a key role in establishing a mobile payment company, overseeing strategy, licensing, and business operations. Next, he joined a microfinance institution acquired by the Modern Group in Japan, where he implemented internet and mobile banking solutions. He then facilitated the use of open mobile payment solutions for customers, eliminating the need for separate physical entities. Subsequently, he joined the Chemo Group, a new commercial bank in Cambodia, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the head office brand and various banking products, including housing loans, retail banking, and digital banking. In 2020, he joined XXXX to build their Fintech Department, leveraging their subscriber base to partner with financial institutions and offering deposit, loan referral services, and micro and life insurance.

His strongest skills lie in the digital banking sector, particularly within the Cambodian market. He observes a trend of growth in financial technology, with many commercial banks and other financial institutions increasingly embracing digital solutions.
