1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started working in the Cybersecurity field for about 5-6 years ago. He started getting certifications for the same field and worked as a Junior to Senior Penetration Tester for XXXX where he mainly worked with healthcare organizations and projects. He was in-charge back then to test the network, active directory, give report daily regarding vulnerability assessment and penetration tests. After some time, he switched to XXXX as a Senior VAPT Consultant where he is involved with financial, banking-related projects; they also have some healthcare-related projects as well to which he’s doing mostly the same, vulnerability assessment and penetration tests for compliance and security reasons. He performs both automated and manual scans as well in this company to identify weaknesses and potential threats in the networks, systems, and apps. He’s an individual contributor and is not overseeing any juniors at the moment.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be everything around Active Directory, web applications, and also has basic knowledge with mobile applications. Apart from that, he has several certifications related to cybersecurity including Certified Red Team Master (CRTM), GIAC Certifications, EC-C, OSEP, and Advanced Web Security certifications as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity and has great knowledge with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing as well. He’s mostly familiar and knowledgeable with red teaming but has basic knowledge of blue teaming as well that he can leverage to his next jobs. He’s proficient with different exploitation and network tools including Metasploit, BurpSuite, Nmap, Wireshark, and security frameworks like OWASP Top 10.
