- He recently worked at XXX as Team Leader (Customer Service), mainly into market research and how-to set-up the companies to help and provide Japanese client with the information. Unfortunately, due to pandemic Japanese clients can’t come to HK that forced the company to closed in SG.
- A previous Sales Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO at XXX Ltd. As a Sales manager he is responsible for the HK-based sales and marketing team. He also developed new product lines, managed and maintained client relationships, customers and suppliers. While an Assistant to the CEO, when his boss visits HK he mainly arranges his schedule and if he encounter any problems, he will try to solve it with him.
- His strongest point is he is a problem solver and know the Japanese culture because had worked for Japanese companies for 25 years.
- There was a time when his Japanese boss cannot write and speak English and was task to get the money to the bank however the bank details was incorrect. What he did was to ask the benefits manager to check all documents and current check to be able to withdraw the money.
