  1. Local Chinese. Studied abroad in the UK. Acquired Masters in XXXXXXXXXXXX. After graduation, worked in London as intern. Started career journey in Shanghai. During 5 years in Shanghai, worked in the digital marketing sector. Spent most of the time, almost 4 years, in 2 international SaaS companies. This helped build a firm foundation about SaaS. 1st SaaS is XXXXXXXXXXXX. Working as a customer success manager to help national and international companies to track branding performance on various China media channels.
  2. Received more channeling opportunities with XXXXXXXXXXXXX, an Australian SaaS company, which aims at helping international companies via a software they developed on their own. Was working there mainly as an account manager. The role not only required to conduct basic client support function, it is also fixing platform bugs with tech team, and build a very sustainable relationship with clients by providing consultation to promote their brand in the China market. Also responsible for checking their profile, selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Daily engaged with the clients to understand their needs and resolve their problems. Retention rate has been on target every quarter.
