Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new Technical Support member to join their team in Hong Kong.
- Reporting to the Manager.
- Provide Desktop, Server, Network and Security related support for our clients in Hong Kong
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth operations for clients
Key Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Desktop, Network and Security support
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Troubleshooting, monitoring, support and incident analysis
- Open for Fresh Graduates
