Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new Systems Engineer to join the team.
- Reporting to the IT Manager
- Working closely with an Infrastructure team of 5-6 people and with Tier 3 IT and Country IT helpdesk support.
- The average team age is 30-40 years old.
- Work and manage existing IT infrastructure in production and non-production environments.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with 3-5 years of experience
- Solid experience in managing Microsoft technologies, O365 (Email), Intune, Active Directory, PowerShell
- Must be proficient with Windows Patching System / Life cycle and SCCM
- Should have solid experience with Citrix VDI support; azure backup would be an advantage
- Can fluently speak English and Cantonese
