Job Description
- After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
- Reporting to the Head of Hong Kong and Global Head of Service Desk
- Work and manage end-user support of their systems and solutions into HK clients.
- Be involved in their daily HK user support and act as the first point of contact of clients and internal users.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have SQL programming knowledge and usage,
- Could be Fresh IT Graduate, bootcamp or self-study SQL source education
- Ideally 1 year previous Support background, either as Tech Support, Helpdesk would be an advantage but not a must
- Good communication skills, customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in FinTech. Implementation and Project experience would be massive advantage
- Can speak fluent English. Cantonese or mandarin not required
Office
- Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
- Can work from home 3 days per week, expected in office 2 days per week.

- Up to 350K HKD Annual
