  • They are currently working on a big projects all over the APAC Region. Has offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.
  • Founded in 1999 and has 1500+ employees in Southeast Asian countries. 

 

Job Description

  • After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for a new Service Delivery Manager/Technical Support to join their team in Singapore.
  • We will work to provide support to our internal teams and external commercial accounts during or after office hours.
  • Regular maintenance of the ticketing system, database etc eg- Data base checking. Patching work. Operational. Look around the system. Ticketing problem, print tickets.
  • Provide hands-on Level 1 and level 2 application support for users. Eg look at the database, and software programming, find and fix the problem. So needs a development background. Also sometimes Network and hardware as well
  • Build a team from scratch. Collaborate with teammates to ensure requirement fulfilment.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in tech support management role and/or co-ordination, with software analysis experience
  • Diploma in Information Technology or bachelor’s degree in information technology/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be a strong leader or has managed to lead a team as he/she will be building a team from scratch.
  • Must have an experience maintaining ticketing systems, operations, databases etc
  • Able to be hands-on providing Level 1 and Level 2 applications support- ie fix software programming problems.
  • Experience with networks and Hardware would be a huge advantage.
  • Experience in using Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Services GCP, Kubernetes engine.
  • Able to work in a start-up environment
  • English is a must.
