Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new Senior System Support Engineer member to join their team in Hong Kong.
- Reporting to the Manager.
- Provide Desktop, Server, Network, and Security related support for our clients in Hong Kong
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth operation for clients
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally 5-8 years of experience in Office 365, Desktop, Network, and Security support
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, monitoring, support, and incident analysis
