Job Description:
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support to join the team.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support customers.
- Responsible to analyse and resolve high-level issues and provide depth technical assistance to account executives, engineers, and product managers.
- Involved in developing internal and external support documentation including policies, guideline, and knowledge articles.
Key Candidate Criteria:
- At least 2 years of working as Customer Technical Support roles would be preferable.
- Should be familiar with ZENDESK & JIRA
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiar with Cloud technology such as AWS, AZURE, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Should be familiar with Grafana, Prometheus, Stackdriver, etc.
- Eager to learn and able to work in start-up, which is very fast paced, har working, proactive environment.
- Can speak and write English and Cantonese is a must.
