Job Description
- After a very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new members to join the team
- Manage business requirements gathering, analysis, and produce business requirements documentation, product specification, and etc.
- Responsible for translating conceptual user requirements into system requirements
- Be involved in all phases of the system development life cycle such as Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), Integration Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Training, and Requirement Change Request
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis and present results.
- Liaise and communicate between stakeholders, IT development team, and other parties for projects, new products, and business initiatives.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration/Information Systems/Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry
- Must have good knowledge of financial services domain
- Has knowledge/experience in Agile software development lifecycle or OTC trading would be a massive advantage
- Can speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English,
