Job Description

  • After very successful 2022 and expansion in China, looking for a new Sales Leader to join the team in Shanghai.
  • Reporting to the Head of China. Managing a Team of 3 in Shanghai.
  • Responsible for targeting and bringing onboard more Chinese customers to serve a bigger Asian market.
  • Be involved in bringing new large Seaport customers (both existing and new relationships).  Capable of setting yearly sales goals, allocating to the team, and executing by controlling team performance.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • 5-10 years previous background in sales in the Seaport Industry.
  • Has have previous experience successfully selling to Seaport Customers and Terminals.
  • Should be able to bring pre-existing customer accounts and relationships
  • Ideally previously managed teams of +3 sales and sales engineers locally.
  • Previous experience selling or working with Container Terminal Automation systems a bid advantage.
  • Must be able to speak fluent English, and fluent Mandarin.

 

Office

  •  Shanghai, China
  • Ok to travel occasionally across China.

 

Salary

  • Up to 300k RMB Annual Fixed
  • Up to 300k RMB Commission & Bonus
