• Established over 7 years ago, with global footprint including UK HQ & R&D, and front offices in HK, Australia and South Africa
Job Description
• After very successful 2021 and growing company, looking to hire their first dedictaed sales for HK to join the team
• Reporting to the CEO based in HK.
• Responsible for Prospecting and engaging with relevant customers in whole greenfield HK market
• Prospects include Brokers, Hedge Funds, Wealth Managers, Portfolio Managers, Family Offices and Crypto Exchanges
• Expand sales in short to mid term, and in the long term build own local sales team.
Key Candidate Criteria
• 5-8 years maximum previous sales experience in Finance or Investments
• Has ideally previously marketed Fintech / SAAS solutions, financial data / information platform or tools (eg Bloomberg, Refinitiv) would be a big advantage
• Customer network and relationships would include Hong Kong Brokers, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Portfolio Managers, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Venture Capital etc.
• Able to work in a Western cultured office, in a entrepreneurial start up working environment.
• Can speak fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
Office
• Central, Hong Kong Island
• Can work from home but expected in office 3-4 days per week.
• Travel frequently around HK to meet with clients and prospects.
Salary
• Up to 540k HKD Annual Base (50%)
• Up to 540k HKD Commission (50%)
