Pre-Sales AV Technical Support, Professional Audio and Visual Solutions Start-Up in Hong Kong $480k HKD Per Annum

• Company has been founded 10 years ago. Headquarters is in Hong Kong. They also have an office in Macau and Shanghai. They have over 10 employees in the Hong Kong office.

Job Description

• Will help provide Pre-Sales like Product Demos, RFP’s, and Support as product training and technical troubleshooting.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager in HK. Will work mainly with System Integrators to bring Audio Visual products and solutions to customers.
• Will oversee AV project delivery, operate AV equipment as needed, and ensure on-time completion. You are also responsible for coordinating resources and the budget.
• Based in Hong Kong. You will work in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have a strong Audio and Visual technical background. Preferably more focused on Audio.
• Must be experienced in Pre-Sales and support activity, or have strong communication, soft skills, and EQ to face customers.
• Should be comfortable going out to customer site occasionally (although will mostly be in office)
• Must speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin (communicate with Shanghai Team)
