Job Description
- After a successful year of 2022, looking for new Lead Developer to join the team.
- Leading development team and taking charge in preparing detailed solution/technical design specs to develop systems for business objectives.
- Handle assignments including UML modeling, coding, and whole SDLC.
- Will conduct knowledge transfer activities and mentor team members on application of technology assets.
- Be in charge of communicating with large information-based organizations and dealing with senior executives.
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 3-5 years of experience in lead role and in architecture, design and development of integrated systems.
- Must have extensive experience in Java, frameworks, IDEs, and UML for document system design.
- Should be knowledgeable with SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Ideally proficient with Oracle relational databases and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Has understanding of relevant business administration and ability to conduct independent research.
- Can speak fluent English.
