Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and expansion, looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team in Hong Kong.
- In charge of day-to-day IT support. Needs to handle the end-users in Southeast Asia Region
- Report directly to CIO and dotted Line to local IT Manager in Hong Kong.
- Be involved in their daily colleague support and training both overseas and locally HK
Key Candidate Criteria
- Preferably Junior experience, but more experienced can also be considered
- Able to provide day-to-day user support with basic IT issues such as printing, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, access control.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft solutions such as Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory.
- Advantage if has some knowledge with Networking, Server, Cloud (Azure)
- English MUST, Cantonese, and Chinese good to have.
- Budget of max 25k HKD per month.
