Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new IT Support Engineer member to join their team in Hong Kong.
- Reporting to the Manager.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware & software. And introductory on-line & classroom training for company products
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed, also resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically Log bugs and enhancement requests.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in IT Support/Field
- Resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Fluent in English
