Job Description
- After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
- Reporting to the IT Manager remotely.
- Work and manage the monitoring of projects, support, maintenance, and implementations of their applications, software and IT Infrastructure
- Be involved in their daily APAC technical support.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 1-10 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk, System Admin, Apple genius, Tech Support etc.
- Has extensive MacOS, IOS, and G-Suite support experience
- Interested to further specialize purely on the IT side of Information Services
- Excellent communication skills would be massive advantage
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Office
- Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
- Can work from home 2 days per week, expected in office 3 days per week
Salary
- Up to 360K HKD Annual
