Job Description

  • After a very successful 2019 and new projects, company is looking for new IT Service Engineer to join the team.
  • Able to join on initial 6 month contract, with an intention to convert to full time once internal budget is authorised
  • Provide onsite helpdesk support for colleagues in manufacturing warehouse.
  • Take responsibility for various new IT projects, that get rolled out internationally

Key Candidate Criteria

  • At least 2 year experience in basic troubleshooting and desktop support.
  • Technically able in Microsoft Systems and CISCO Networking.
  • Able to work in teams, build strong relationships and face to face interpersonal skills
  • Can commute to Kwai Chung office
  • Good if have Jabber, Lotus Notes, ServiceNow Ticketing System, 3D Graphic and Mobile admin.
