Job Description
• After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new senior IT Ops Manager to join the team
• In charge of strategies ensuring internal IT operations works efficiently.
• Ensure vendor SLAs & KPIs are defined and adhered.
• Lead internal team of 5, and external team of 30 people.
• Direct reporting to CIO, and responsible for day to day IT operational support.
Key Candidate Criteria
• At least 10+ years of working as a hands-on IT and Operations.
• Must have Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree
• Experience in Apparel industry or Manufacturing background, especially internal logistics and merchandising functions is a big advantage.
• Has Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining IT Service Delivery, including Service Desk, NOC, End User technology and support.
• Good strategical, analytical thinker, happy to work 'hands-on'.
• Experience leading internal team and external team
• Qualifications in ITIL, PMP
• Can speak fluent English. Cantonese and Chinese not a must
