Job Description:

  • After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for an IT Officer to join the team.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support team members.
  • Responsible for helping and providing the best support to colleagues during installation and operation of the solutions.
  • Responsible for daily troubleshooting on Meeting room devices, IT devices (Hardware), Windows OS, MS office, design applications, Anti-virus etc.


Key Candidate Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of working as a Level 1 Helpdesk Support. Experience in Financial services would be preferable.
  • Must have a decent knowledge in supporting Blackberry & Smartphone, Anti-virus, MS-Office Applications & Office 365, Bloomberg, Market data services, Voice and Video conferencing system set-up and troubleshooting etc.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Can speak and write good English and Putonghua.
