Job Description

• After a very successful 2022 so far and growth, looking for IT Manager to join the team.
• Work independently on managing all company's IT Operations, including network, systems, security, and support. 
• Work with vendors and other colleagues in the Development of projects and implementations of their systems, especially Bloomberg trading.
• Responsible for communicating with partners and shareholders on daily basis.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Network Infrastructure, System Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years or above with related work experience. Can considered more experienced, but should be able to fit in the team and working environment- i.e. Still passionate about the daily work, enjoy tasks.
• Previous Asset management experience would be a big advantage, but not a must.
• Should have working knowledge in using VMware/ Windows/ Linux servers, Office 365, SAN, backup, and replication, FortiGate, Cisco switch and the load balancer is essential.
• Experience in Bloomberg, financial market systems and trading connectivity would be an advantage, but not a must.
• This person is going to be more independent. So should be capable of working alone and individually. The rest of the tech team is all on the programming software side.
• A stable CV, with a commitment to the Infrastructure side career path is a must.
• Has excellent communication skills, organized and reliable, with strong attention to details
• Mandarin and English are a must. Cantonese would be an advantage.

Salary

• Budget of 40-50k per month.
• There will be an annual Performance bonus as well of more than a month.
