Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new IT Desktop Support Engineers to join the team
- Work and manage the monitoring of projects, support, maintenance, and implementations of their applications, software and IT Infrastructure
- Help coordinate and be the main contact with the clients about the point of escalation
- Be involved in responding to the clients supports requests
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have 2 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk, System Admin, or Technical Support etc.
- Has extensive knowledge in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Ideally with knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS
- With excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills would be massive advantage
- Willing to travel to the client location
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- 2 to 3 days a week
Salary
- Up to 320K HKD Annual
