Job Description
- After a very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new IT Admin to join the team.
- All-rounder with a general network, cloud, systems, and hardware skills.
- Provides assistant troubleshooting and support to the internal staff in Office with any IT problems, L1 & L2.
- 90% of end users are Chinese speaking & a lot of instructions are written in Chinese.
- Be involved in migrating DVR systems all routers and switches on the cloud.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Prefer mid-to-senior level candidates. Junior applicants will also be considered
- Experienced in IT infrastructure, Cloud services and migration (eg AWS), and systems such as O365 Licenses
- Knowledgeable in hardware including (devices, computers, printers, barcode scanners, CCTV Cameras, and WIFI).
- Able to work individually for most of the day, but also good communication, soft skills, and EQ to support internal customers with IT issues.
- Can speak and write Mandarin is a must
