Established over 30 years ago, with 300 employees worldwide spread across 9 different countries, with HK HQ, and 30 local staff.

Job Description

After very successful 2021 and growth, looking for new IT Support to join the HK team.
Reporting to the IT Manager, based in HK. Working in a IT team of two other people.
Work and manage Windows Server, VM, managing the firewalls and DNS, handling or repairing Hardware (PCs), documentation and data extraction.
Be involved in their daily colleague support and training both overseas and locally HK.

Key Candidate Criteria

3-5 years previous stable IT Support background
Has moderate experience in VM Management, Windows Server, Firewall and DNS.
Previously provided troubleshooting to internal end users in HK and maybe overseas.
Able to assist with IT Hardware, repair, upgrades, installations.
They have to figure things out themselves. Be independent. Generalist. Resourceful.
Can speak fluent English and Cantonese.
Must be residing in Hong Kong already
