Job Description:
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to join the team
- Reporting to the Head of IT based in London
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support team members
- Responsible for helping and providing the best support to colleagues during installation and operation of the solutions
Key Candidate Criteria:
- At least 3 years of working as a Level 2 or Level 3 Technical Support Engineer
- Must have solid experience in Microsoft Windows, system and network configuration, registry, software installation, troubleshooting, scripting, Active Directory, etc.
- Good to have knowledge in DNS, Web proxies, Email servers, mail protocols, Web categorization, Web protocols, Anti-Spam and Anti-Malware solutions
- Knowledgeable in Linux is preferred
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin not required
Office:
- Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
- Can work from home 1 day per week and expected in the office 3-4 days per week.
- Willing to travel for training and development
- Ok to travel occasionally to Singapore and Europe for training and on-boarding
