Job Description:

  • After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to join the team
  • Reporting to the Head of IT based in London
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support team members
  • Responsible for helping and providing the best support to colleagues during installation and operation of the solutions

 

Key Candidate Criteria:

  • At least 3 years of working as a Level 2 or Level 3 Technical Support Engineer
  • Must have solid experience in Microsoft Windows, system and network configuration, registry, software installation, troubleshooting, scripting, Active Directory, etc.
  • Good to have knowledge in DNS, Web proxies, Email servers, mail protocols, Web categorization, Web protocols, Anti-Spam and Anti-Malware solutions
  • Knowledgeable in Linux is preferred
  • Can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin not required

 

Office:

  • Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
  • Can work from home 1 day per week and expected in the office 3-4 days per week.
  • Willing to travel for training and development
  • Ok to travel occasionally to Singapore and Europe for training and on-boarding
