Job Description:
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for Level 1/2 Technical Support Engineer to join the team.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support team members.
- Responsible for helping and providing the best support to colleagues during installation and operation of the solutions.
- Supporting 1,000 end-users.
Key Candidate Criteria:
- At least 2 years of working as a Level 1 or Level 2 Technical Support Engineer
- Can join with 2-3 weeks.
- Must be in Shanghai
- Must have solid experience in Microsoft Windows, system and network configuration, registry, software installation, troubleshooting, scripting, Active Directory, etc.
- Good to have knowledge in DHCP, DNS, IP addressing and sub netting.
- Basic understanding of fixing Wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues.
- Basic Knowledge of reporting/ITSM Tool [ Service now].
- Can speak fluent English and Chinese is a must.
Office:
- Jalan Stenses, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
- Willing to travel for training and development
