Job Description:
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for Level 1 Helpdesk Support/ ICT Administrator to join the team.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in select technological areas to support team members.
- Responsible for helping and providing the best support to colleagues during installation and operation of the solutions.
- Responsible for daily troubleshooting on Meeting room devices, IT devices (Hardware), Windows OS, MS office, design applications, Anti-virus etc.
Key Candidate Criteria:
- At least 2 years of working as a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer
- Must have experience in Microsoft Windows, system and network configuration, registry, software installation, troubleshooting, scripting, Active Directory, etc.
- Good to have knowledge in DHCP, DNS, IP addressing and sub netting.
- Basic knowledge with cloud service (not limited to MS Azure; AWS etc) will be a plus
- Can speak fluent English is a must.
Office:
- Wyndham Street Central, Hong Kong
- Willing to travel for training and development
