Job Description
- Company is searching for a Global IT Manager / Head based in HK
- Managing IT Operations- including Network, Infrastructure and Support- for office in Hong Kong (20 people), and relocation later this year
- Frequent weekly travel to Guangdong for the Factory IT Operations Projects.
- Leading and mentoring hands-on development employees based in China for E-Commerce platform and Mobile App
- Remote support during necessary time zone hours of international IT operations, especially 2 Business Units in US. with additional travel as and when required.
- Position reports to the HK based CEO and CFO in HK
Key Candidate Criteria
- 7-15 years previous experience in Trading and Manufacturing Group with China based operations and factories.
- Expert experience in running IT Operations and upgrade Projects in China Factories, and flexible to go there 3 to 4 days every week.
- Hands-on, pro-active, energetic, resourceful, self-managed and motivated personality and soft skills.
- Professional Software Development experience, and able to lead the development team in China.
- Comfortable to work or be on standby throughout the day and evenings to accommodate time zone differences necessary for Europe and US subordinates.
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.

Salary
- +$45 - 50,000 HKD per month fixed
- Yearly CNY Discretionary Bonus
- Standard medical, after probation
