Global IT / Systems Director Manager. Asset Management / Investbank MNC, +$600k HKD Annually

Job Description

• After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
• Reporting to the IT Director head office in HK.
• Working closely with the System Admins team of 2 people and 2 Support.
• Work and support 300 – 500 users across offices in Hk, Shanghai, Beijing, New York, and Tokyo.
• Will work with the standard working hours. No shifts at night or weekend required. But for occasional system or network upgrade or emergency may be required.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally has +10 years’ experience. Candidates with less experience could be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing and configuring enterprise-grade systems
• Must be an expert in Office 365. Be able to develop future strategies for O365 products and services.
• Experience previously supporting 300 – 500 users in HK and internationally.
• Stable career history highly preferred. Frequent moves in employers needs to be with good reason.
• Must be vaccinated to be able to come to the office. Should be able to present vax certificates during the interview process.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office365, SharePoint, MS-Exchange, DHCP/DNS DFS, and network security and enterprise security management
• Financial / banking / securities industry experience is advantage but not a must.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin (doesn't have to be native)
