Job Description

After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for CRM Support Analyst to join the team

Reporting to French-speaking IT Director in HK.

Working on site at LVMH Client, under the Cosmetics business.

Reporting to CRM Project Manager. They are currently using Adobe marketing, so are looking for expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
-
Will work more on business side, liaising with other CRM managers across LVMH business to advise them on campaigns plans.
Key Candidate Criteria
-
2-3 years previous support background, either as Tech Support, Helpdesk etc
-
Must be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-
Can speak fluent English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin not required
