Job Description

  • After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for CRM Support Analyst to join the team

  • Reporting to French-speaking IT Director in HK.

  • Working on site at LVMH Client, under the Cosmetics business.

  • Reporting to CRM Project Manager. They are currently using Adobe marketing, so are looking for expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Will work more on business side, liaising with other CRM managers across LVMH business to advise them on campaigns plans.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • 2-3 years previous support background, either as Tech Support, Helpdesk etc

  • Must be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Can speak fluent English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin not required

 

Office

  • Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

 

Salary

  • Up to 420K HKD Annual
