Job Description

After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new eCommerce Support Engineer to join the team
-
Reporting to the IT Manager
-
Managing the tracking of daily production issues and requests of users and conducting the QA testing of systems, pricing performance analysis, and assisting in the UAT
-
Provide user support using the ITIL Application Support methodology
-
Be involved in their daily HK customer support and coordinate with the development team, Business Analysts and Infrastructure Teams
Key Candidate Criteria
-
At least 1 - 4 years previous IT work experience. Fresh graduates can also be considered
-
Strong in SQL and process automation using Python and Shell scripting
-
Ideally with knowledge in Java and Excel / VBA
-
Knowledgeable with Equities and Derivative products
-
Willing to work on shift duty (weekend and holiday work as required)

Can speak fluent English
