Job Description
- After very successful 2021, Board is looking to bring a Desktop Engineer
- Liable for noting IT demands by means of telephone, email, on-site or
text and clarifying arrangements in specialized and non-technical terms.
- Engaged with this work incorporate diagnosing issues, introducing programs, fixing PCs and programs, and redesigning the gear and equipment.
- Coordinate technical activities with Global IT & vendor
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
- Have at least 3-5 years previous experience in system administrator
- Experience in Desktop support in pharmaceutical environment
- Strong technical structuring skills: If the system structure is unknown, the Technical Engineer can break it down quickly
- Can speak fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage
