Job Description

  • After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team of customer service in HK
  • To serve English speaking customers as well as for customers from Korea.
  • Reporting to the manager with 25 team members.
  • Amenable to work from home and on shifting schedule. Company will provide all equipment.


Key Candidate Criteria

  • Fluent in English and Korean is a must
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Able to be Computer savvy. With strong internet at home
  • With good personality and high emotional intelligence.
  • Working hours 37.5 hours per week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
  • Shift time starts from 07:00am – 16:30pm and/or 15:00pm – 24:30am.

  • Co-working office also provided in Causeway Bay



  • Up to 264K HKD Annually
  • Provide healthcare, life insurance, 13 month pay, 50% discount.
  • 15-17 days annual leave.
