Job Description
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team of customer service in HK
- To serve English speaking customers as well as for customers from Korea.
- Reporting to the manager with 25 team members.
- Amenable to work from home and on shifting schedule. Company will provide all equipment.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Fluent in English and Korean is a must
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not a must.
- Able to be Computer savvy. With strong internet at home
- With good personality and high emotional intelligence.
- Working hours 37.5 hours per week (including weekends & Public Holidays)
- Shift time starts from 07:00am – 16:30pm and/or 15:00pm – 24:30am.
Office
- Work from Home
- Co-working office also provided in Causeway Bay
Salary
- Up to 264K HKD Annually
- Provide healthcare, life insurance, 13 month pay, 50% discount.
- 15-17 days annual leave.
